Below is the list of ALL services provided. If the service isn’t listed, it isn’t provided at this time. Please read the policy in its entirety. No accommodations will be made for those who chose not to read.
DEPOSIT
A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment and there is a $2 debit/credit card fee. (Making your total $27) The $25 deposit is taken out of your total and the remaining balance is due via paypal, credit/ debit card or cash. Deposit is VALID FOR A ONE TIME RESCHEDULE within the SAME MONTH. After that you will need to book and pay a NEW DEPOSIT. If you chose to cancel your appointment you will lose your deposit!
SCHEDULING
PROVIDE LEGAL FIRST AND LAST NAME WHEN BOOKING OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
PLEASE SCHEDULE WITHIN 30 DAYS UNLESS APPROVED. If you need to reschedule or cancel, it will need to be 48hours (2 days) in advance or you will no longer be allowed to book for services. I only service clients 12 years old and up and there are no children prices. The prices are the same for everyone. Please choose the EARLIEST time available unless confirmed beforehand. It will be rescheduled to correct time if done otherwise. The NAME AND CONTACT INFO FOR BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT NEEDS TO BE THE PERSON GETTING SERVICED. No matter the age.
Please contact BEFORE BOOKING if your hair is SHORT or if you have any case of alopecia and/or hair thinning. Failing to do that and just arriving to and appointment with hair that can’t be serviced will result in you still being charged for the service due to inconvenience.
Please make sure you are sure of service and time when booking. Service cannot be changed the same week or same day. Please contact me at 314-348-6718 to reach out and/or send pictures. DO NOT MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
COLOR
If you prefer a different color besides 1 or 1b (natural black) for the hair included braided styles, please choose the color add on during booking as well as contact VIA TEXT IMMEDIATELY after booking your appointment with the PICTURE AND COLOR NUMBER that's being requested. There is an additional fee for color.
ARRIVING TO APPOINTMENT
No CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUEST that are not being serviced in the salon. There is a $20 late fee after 15 minutes . After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Your hair must be BLOW DRIED STRAIGHT ! (I should be able to run my fingers/comb through) if you are not capable of blow drying your hair straight please make sure to book for an add on service or you will be charged an inconvenience fee of $40 for unscheduled blow out.IF YOU ARE ADDING ON SHAMPOO SERVICES MAKE SURE YOUR HAIR IS DETANGLED AND COMB THROUGH THOROUGHLY! (No knots) YOUR HAIR NEEDS TO BE DETANGLED BEFORE ANY & ALL SERVICES . Do not arrive with ANY PRODUCTS IN YOUR HAIR. This includes Leave in conditioners, prescribed oil, moisturizer! This effects the quality and longevity of your style and your appointment will be cancelled.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
NO REFUNDS!! Service FIX only within 2 days after service has been given. Meaning any unraveling of braid or locs or braid/s detaching. Unfortunately your likeness, discomfort , or allergic reaction of the style is not valid for a Refund. Pictures are provided for each style as well so please make sure you are aware of the service you are booking for as well as knowledgeable of the hair being used. If you are not aware or knowledgeable please ask BEFORE booking the service.
CANCELLATIONS /NO CALL NO SHOWS
If you cancel same day you will be charged THE ENTIRE SERVICE AMOUNT. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE AMOUNT & will no longer be allowed to book an appointment. If you do not cancel within 24hrs you will be charged half the service.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WILL STATE THAT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT OF THIS POLICY!
